Sport analytics software for Android tables (lanscape)

Looking for Android developer for sport analytics software We are looking for android developer, who can develop the game statistics application. Idea is, that there is no need for registration nor login. The application does not communicate with server and is stand alone application at users Android pad. orientation is landscape. Application needs to scale to be usable at different size of landscape screens, including, but not limited to 7" to 10" tablets. Functionality: a. Coach can create a team b. Coach can edit created team c. Coach can delete team d. Coach can sort teams table e. Coach can sort players table f. Coach can create a player g. Coach can edit created player h. Coach can delete player i. coach can create new game j. coach can edit already created game k. coach can delete game l. coach can open the real time event page m. coach can mark players to right line ups n. coach can start marking actions what player does on the game o. coach can see logs (open up the page which has all logged actions at table format) basic collection is on the scope of the project. The statistics (stats) is not part of the scope in this first MVP version. Also, project has not graphics included at this stage. that is added in coming project iterations, if needed. Functionality for events page: Coach uses pen or finger or any other pointing device to track players activities as the field. When user does something, first coach picks player, then the action and then the result. Last case is to point to game field, where the action happened. so, in that sense these are stored to logs (log page is implementation of that page and can be edited during the game or after the game). game playing are is create as 800 datapoints. There are 40 x 20 screen, where the coordinates are taken.
