creating search form

Hi colleagues. We want to develop unique design search form. I will attach screenshoot of search form which we have already, we want to improve design and write code to our server. right now search form comming from different server and it load time is slow. we have full developer documentation how to make form and where make GET call. most important things: - unique design - full functionality - maximum UX light fresh design. - adaptive mobile. I will share full documentation with demo search form. you need to build new one or make editing in existing. we have two langauge available: - search-form-angular - search-form-jquery all above project is available on github for open source. you can use it :) so waiting your bids.
