ionic 4 need to add group chat feature with tick option

I have an app which basic features are done . like signup signin etc. now the main feature of app is to add chat feature in app. Chat feature is like group chat. Its very easy the main featuer in chat is single , double and color tick. As we use in whatsapp when all user in group see message chat tick will be blue or anycolor, then if delivered so two tick. like this. I need to do this for client so please give lowest in you can do this. also check the requirment file.
