3D animation for nursery rhymes

We are looking for excellent 3D animator who should be able to provide animation as per script. It should include characters as well as at this time we don't have characters. If we like these characters then in future we will continue with these characters.
It should have excellent expressions and smooth movement. Sample links will be provided from other YouTube channels for quality.
