Create Course Video Content using Camtasia/ClipChamp or similar tools

I have written course content material. Once finished, the total play time would be less than 10 hours. It will be broken down in to approximately 19 chapters. I have studio set up to record the content with green screen. I will provide approximately one hour raw video each week. I will also provide related raw script each week. The project may last for 12 weeks. I am looking for dependable partner who can deliver high quality product. I prefer ClipChamp over Camtasia as the monthly subscription comes with high quality stockvideos and pictures. ClipChamp is better in creating closed options. Both softwares are acceptable. After finishing each chapter, the content need to have closed captions ( automtically provided by ClipChamp) and it need to be verified for accuracy. The content need to broken down based on topics with in each chapter so that it would be easy for me to upload in to course delivery platform.
