Our company name is Future Finance We need you to design a short explainer video that we will use for clients to explain exactly what we do and hopefully convert them. (We do bridging loans on property that have been sold but the seller is still waiting for payment from the buyers bank.) Below is the process and flow. 1. Once you have sold your property inform us that you would like a Bridging Advance on the Proceeds expected on the sold Property. 2. We Inform your Conveyancing Attorney of the requist and send them all needed documentation. 3. They contact you the seller to come to there offices (Attorneys) to have the documentation signed. 4. The attorney sends the signed documentations to us and we pay out the proceeds. 5. This entire process takes 1 day. Example: Jack sold hes property for R2000000-00. to Jenny. Jack has a family emergency or needs to pay a deposit on hes new property and needs R150000-00 advance on the Sold property. Jack applies thru hes attorney for a Advance with Future Finance. Jack and hes attorney signs the short application and sends it off via email to Future Finance. Once received Future Finance makes payment within 1hour of receiving the signed application and documents. Hope this makes sense. Will discuss further on interview.
