Motion Graphics Promotional Video

Looking for a freelance motion graphics designer capable of fast turnarounds. The projects will include Promotional videos (mixing footage, images, motion design and 2D/3D graphics.) Most videos will include all artwork materials in (PSD), however, you must be able to offer creative initiative in some cases where there is more room for individual flair and professionalism. Our goal is to create professional promotional videos using both lifestyle image/video footage as well as motion graphic elements. Many of our videos rely heavily on text. You must be able to organise and animate text in such a way that keeps the viewer engaged. Communication is also a top priority. Both the designer and I must be able to keep in contact and inundated with progress throughout each project. This would include a draft and any changes to key elements of the video initiated by the designer. We encourage the designer's personal, professional opinion and input to reap the best outcome. I would also like to make a note that I would like to be quoted on a set fee for the videos instead of hourly rates. If this is something you are open to I think we could build a great long term professional relationship. The proposed video, should you be interested, is roughly 10 -20 seconds long. Its is a product feature video, the design work is basically done (includes open files) What is required is: Animation of text. Animating the product and other elements( some of which I will rely on you to source). Additionally, please would you specify what programs you use to animate.
