Hey there, We've just switched VOIP to Aircall. Our CRM is GoHighLevel. We're looking for an API expert for the following requirements: We also have premium Zapier if you are able to integrate it through this. Inbound (one way) - Anyone who calls our Aircall number to have their number entered in under a new contact in our CRM software (GoHighLevel) - Any call recording to be entered into the ‘notes’ section under their contact in our CRM - Incoming calls to read all contacts data in CRM, find name of contact, and show as caller ID on aircall before a member of staff answers the call. Outbound (one way) - Anyone who we call outgoing to have the recording of that call to be entered into the ‘notes’ section under their contact in our CRM Extra: - Any notes entered into ‘notes’ section on Aircall is put through to ‘Notes’ section under their contact in our CRM.
