Hi, I'm Matt and looking to help you (23 years an IT developer and a webmaster, following multimedia e-learning for adults in last 5+ years, have two live courses on Udemy and a private course on my website). Here's the proposal: 1. Turning your slides into videos. Best option if you don't intend to use full LMS (Learning Management System) like Moodle. 2. Creating WordPress website with an LMS plugin - LearnDash. You buy your own license separately to this bid (it's only $97-127). 3. Configuring a course with all lectures (with videos), progress level, questions and answers and ratings (e-learning features are mainly built in LearnDash). 4. Configuring payment integration with PayPal so that after a payment a visitor gets to the website registration and can start learning. 5. Creating the final certificate, testing and optimizing all. It's hard to estimate how long all will take though I'm usually very efficient. For slides I would require voice overs provided by you (or should I create them - have fairly well voice more of a British than American accent yet can adapt). Please provide information regarding that. For external audio voice over work I cooperate with best studio here on Freelancer yet their rate is $220/h for every starting hour. Hello, My name is Joshua, I have experience working with Rapid Authoring tools (RATs) such as Captivate, Articulate, Lectora, and open source such as Edx and smartsparrow. What you are looking for, with the proposed e-Learning course, is something that I have good experience working with. As a matter of fact, I'm currently working on a project that is similar to what you require. As I understand, for this project, the storyboard (powerpoint) will be given by you, and I should create a learning interactive based on the storyboard. Captivate 9 is a good tool to use to author the course. The output can be the desired HTML5 based output. This would be the right platform to create the course. I also understand, that you need students who only pay for the course, to be able to take the course. Generally, RAT's (a few names mentioned above) do not have an option (by default) to integrate user accounts along with the course. This is regulated by an LMS (learning management system). Therefore, the course, that is created on a RAT must be hosted on an LMS such as Moodle, Blackboard, etc. Having said that, hard-coding accounts into the course directly isn't a feasible option since, each time a new account is added, then the course needs to be modified and hosted again.
