Hello Employer, I've read your proposal and can easily implement what your asking for. I can also make the chrome extension with a simple modern interface so that you can toggle the functionality on and off. I've just completed work on a chrome extension similar to what you need for a personal project. The extension was for a university lecture website that scan the page and changes dates into a weekly format ie week1, week2 ect. If you accept my bid I have a few questions about the extension.
