I am trying to build a workflow using Apple Automator to allow for quick client intake for a law firm. I need to have it collect information as variables and then insert those variables into prewritten word documents, enter data into a tracking excel spreadsheet (columns for each client), complete an adobe form (only if client matches certain criteria), create apple calendar events, draft emails in Apple Mail with standard language, as well as create a folder structure in my main client folder on the Mac.
Looking for a freelancer with extensive experience working in OSX specifically with automator and knowledge of AppleScript. I can provide a detailed step by step map of what needs to be done. Hoping to eventually convert this to an app that is launched and performs all of the above actions. Need someone to start right away and have this completed as soon as possible but prefer it done right rather than fast.
