Phone calls

I need an iPhone app.

1. Access user phone book and save all users locally with sqlite3.

2. listen to phone state incoming and outgoing calls.

2.1. when phone is ringing popup alert with phone number and caller's full info if he is already saved in my local storage on sqlite3 else popup alert with just phone number and text unknown. alert must be with x dismiss button.

4. This functionality must work in background even application is shutdown or after phone restart.

5. In main screen viewcontroller show log of calls list with ability filter to just incoming or outgoing or rejected or blocked etc.
