Please have a look at this video from the 0:15 time. You will see this yellow cylinder holding a train and spinning 360 degrees to discharge the train.

So, I need to improve so it is always aligned or add an alignment system so it is always perfectly aligned waiting for the train (see time 1:33 of the issue).

I am going to give you the original code, perfectly working, but i need to add the rotary encoder or another system you recommend me to add to get it to work.

To sum up, the project is: modify my existing device so I can get a position feedback and self align the wheel.

Please bare in mind this is a hobbyist project and it is not intended for commercial application; so my budget is quite low.
