The more muscles you gain, the more fat you lose – this is a basic principle. Cardiovascular exercises are beneficial for the heart, blood pressure, and cholesterol. Fuel up Your Body
Read the labels on the foods you buy to understand the amount of calories you are eating. A gram of protein for every pound of your body weight is needed daily. You should eat fishes, turkey, cottage cheese, dairy products, lentils, poultry and eggs on a regular basis. It will give you the required amount of proteins as well as calories.
Cardio Control
