I wish to find someone to create a contract for me to offer a "contractor" on behalf of my business a general template can be used to make the process easier and I would like to have the following things added first 4 weeks of training period payment of $500 aprox 20 hours of work from Monday to Friday starting date 24th September - 24 October (date subject to change at contractors discretion) This period is also a probation period in which at the end both parties can opt to continue or discontinue work. From 25 October contractor will be paid $40 per session with a minimum of 20 sessions per week (more work available on request) to Gain this position contractor will need the following - up to date DCSI clearance (working with children police clearance) _- ABN number - Drivers licence If contractor decides at any time to discontinue work He/she will not be able to use equipment or audios acquired during the period of work.
