Secretary/ Virtual Assistant
I am looking for a Secretary / virtual assistant / Personal Assistance to assist me with my day to day activities in various businesses. We will start with 2-3 hours per week and work our way up. VERY flexible work hours as long as you respond quickly with when I should expect the work to be completed. You must be fluent in English especially writing since 95% of the communication will occur via email. You will be provided with specific training (through screen sharing) to help me with various repeating activities and infrequent activities outlined below
RECURRING SPECIFIC TASKS
- Write blogs, brief reports, and articles after interviewing me (I will provide detail using screen shar)
- Simple updates to WordPress website with information
- Send emails on my behalf with clear instructions from me.
- Create a list of reminders about important things that must be accomplished through the week.
- create flyers and advertisement material using google docs
- prepare reimbursement forms using google docs
- provide administrative and secretarial support
- New product research
- Purchase Order Follow-Up
- Internet Marketing Assistance and Research
- Website Localization & Assistance
- Ideas & Advise for bussiness grow
- Business Development
- setup my account
- Competitor research.
- Data Entry ( admin assistant who helps a company to do work like data entry, posting, data collections and other ad-hoc duties using a computer and internet. )
- Content writing , ghost writing
- Internet Marketing
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TRAITS
Caring, dedicated, self-motivated, trustworthy, reliable and unassuming, prompt, and ethical!
HOURS AND TIMING
2-3 hours per week.
looking for $3-8 per hour with potential long term agreement.
