Looking for a 3-6 months content writer for Food blog

I am looking for a content writer who is willing to work with me in the medium to long term. There are the requirements I am looking for: 1) The writer should be able to deliver 4-5 articles in every week, so in total 16-20 articles every month. The topic would be related to a. food b recipes c. health aspects of food d. kitchen tips and tricks in Indian kitchen e. product description 2) Blogger should be able to create easy to understand, attractive illustrations for a to d above. Item "e" doesn't need any illustration. 3) All the content should be unique and they should be written with clear and concise English. We will use copyscape to check the content for plagiarism and we will only pay for articles that pass copyscape. 4) We will give title for all articles along with secondary keywords. You would need to incorporate the secondary keywords in the content of the article naturally without failure. Also, the content should have appropriate subheadings. 5) The minimum number of words per article is 300-400 words for product description and 900-1000 words on 6) I will pay 50 paisa per word or 500 INR per article 2a to 2d, and 200 INR per product description - 2e. If you bid, I will automatically consider that you are accepting to work within this payment structure. I will hire only experienced writers for this project who has passed US English skill exam.
