I have recently purchased a FULL PACKAGE web template from [url removed, login to view] ITEM NUMBER 3188 and also a corporate identity from [url removed, login to view] ITEM NUMBER 723. I am looking for someone to combine the functionality of the web site with the corporate identity the final design should be clean (Grey©s, Whites, Burnt Orange, Black) and functional.
Key functional components I am looking for are:
Home Page: Join/Remove Mailing list Function, Member Login + forgot your password, Horizontal nav bar at top of page (Something to fit in with the corporate logo - can be FLASH) Logo to top left of page, banner or cool flash animation 3D to fit in with virtual tours which is the main selling point of our business, Residential property Search Form, Two Properties Randomized display key property information from database (See search Results Below), Welcome narrative section, Page Footer Links (Company News, Contact, advertising, Terms of use, Privacy Policy, Copyright, Display Company Telephone, Email)
Search Functionality: Town, Post Code (zip Code), Price Range, Number Bedrooms, Min/Max Display Search Results, Search property added in last 7/14 days.
Search Results display key property information: Total number of properties that match search criteria, Property Picture, Price, Location, Number of Bedrooms, Date Added, Link to details page.
Details Page: Save property add to personal folder, Print Details, Send Details to a friend, Contact Owner - Form at the bottom of page, Larger Picture (Virtual Tour), Detailed features of property from property database, Link to MultiMap to view Arial Photo or Map, Navigate back to search results (Not using back button).
Ability to edit, update or set to inactive property through GUI or Control Panel - therefore password validation required.
