XML Help - ASP Script Timing Out

We have a Classic ASP page that we use to process an XML file located on the same server, the ASP file loads up the XML and inserts the values into the Database, we are having an issue however and need some help. When testing with a small XML file of around 100 items it imports fine with no problems, now that we have the main file to upload (7MB xml file with approx 80,000 items the script is timing out, when i manually set the timeout of the XML import to longer the page just runs and runs - takes way too long). I do not know if this is an XML or actual server issue. I would like someone to look at my script and fix it for me. If you want the XML and ASP files before you bid just let me know.
