Australian Property Developer Requires Architects and Architectural Draftsmen

Yaran Property Group ([login to view URL] ) is a property development company in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. Since establishment in 1996, the company has developed over 1000 dwellings across 60 developments. Yaran is now looking to construct a further 2000 dwellings by end 2022. The company is looking to employ multiple international architects and architectural draftsmen for its pipeline of upcoming projects. Our work involves drafting architectural plans to the Development Approval stage for grouped housing and apartment developments in Perth. All relevant Western Australian design rules will be provided to the draftsman by Yaran, to ensure the design is compliant with design codes. The successful candidates are likely to have the following qualifications and experience: • Qualifications in architecture or architectural drafting; • At least 5 years’ experience in the architectural design of grouped housing developments and apartments; • Ability to draw or output designs in AutoCAD; • Excellent English language skills; and • Ability to prepare 3D illustrations of designs is highly regarded but is not a necessity.
