I am looking for a single family home, in the size range of 2,001-3,000 sq. ft., located on a wooded lot in Lake Lure. This future home should be designed, built and/or remodeled with high quality finishes and materials and should be integrated within the signature natural beauty of the area.
I provide complete design in pdf format, NO Design is required by you! Simply provide a professional set of construction drawings along with color renderings of all four elevations. The contractor must approach this task with great focus to detail and be willing to collaborate with me throughout all phases of the project. I am highly motivated to achieve the best possible outcome within the set budget and timeline.
