i need an Architect to assist me with my drawings.

i have a floor plan in pdf and editable format and i need the Architect to do the following : Layout showing water reticulation and drainage. Tenant’s drawings must comply with the requirements of SABS 0400 in terms of drawing convention register, legend, scale and colored drawings. All drawings must be clearly marked “Sanitary Drainage and Domestic Water”. The drainage pipes must be indicated as “bold” solid lines, indicating levels, falls, pipe sizes, cleaning access points and ventilation. Water pipes must be indicated as per SABS 0252 with pipe routes, pipe sizes, pipe materials, etc. Layouts showing Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation and Smoke Extraction designs (layouts to list all special requirements and specifications in detail). All specifications necessary for the installation, including but not limited to: Equipment heat loads Lighting or any other load including watts per fitting. Ventilation requirements Internal conditions required Floor loads Rational Fire Design Some parts are applicable and some not , you will understand what is required when you see the FLOOR PLAN. i need the first draft in 2 hrs .
