We are a boutique project management company on residential and commercial projects. Our client is building two houses (Project 1 and Projects 2) on waterfront (canal, communicating with the ocean) and we would like to invite you to help with the design for the kitchen, bathrooms, cabinetry throughout the houses. Common to both projects Flooring Main living areas: Pre-finished engineered oak (natural colour for projects one , lighter oak colour for projects tow) timber flooring to entry, dining, living, kitchen / rumpus. Staircase: open treads to projects one, closed treads for projects two. With vertical timber slats from ceiling to staircase. Carpet: All bedrooms, first floor hallway and ground floor study Tiles: all bathroom, laundry, outdoors areas (bathrooms to have tiles from ceiling to floor) Butler Pantry Maximise shelving / storage space Open shelving above and below bench Laundry: Cabinetry and stone similar to kitchen Linen cupboard to contain rail for hanging clothes and a small open section next to it for brooms / ironing board etc to go. Space for washer and dryer to sit side by side Walk-in-Robe Allowance for hanging space and draws throughout. Outdoor areas Large tiles light grey for projects one, beige for projects two– stone effect ‘Wood’ panelling for ceiling with built in lights BBQ cabinetry, same look and feel as kitchen Room for single door drinks fridge Sink Projects one: will become the client main residence Kitchen Brass tapware Kitchen colour palette: Wood / grey / white or light grey / stone.
