Prepare a full design scheme of a 30story height commercial building in China according to the requirement of a general building plan given. The design scheme shall include a foundation scheme, a superstructure scheme, ELS, hoarding plan and detail design of all elements. Detail design includes but not limited to beams, columns, slabs, walls, beam column joints, corbels, footing, pile cap, parapet wall, screen wall and retaining wall. All design and analysis shall comply with either Euro code or BS code. Full justification of the design scheme is required. This can be accomplished by computer program.
The scheme may be prepared by hands, however, the detailing method and scale shall comply with that proposed by IstructE. However, Cad drawing is preferred.
Site investigation report and general building plan will be provided upon appointment. E&M services layout plan has already prepared and well established. These shall be treated as constrains that the proposed framing plan shall work under the contrains.
Preliminary scheme shall be provided in 2 weeks and detailed design shall be provided 4 weeks after preliminary. Full Justification shall be provided with the design.
