I'm looking for a Backend Webdeveloper aka Wizzkid

As I am a freelancer now working on building an organisation, I could use some help to build it. HR Improvers is a startup Human Resource Management consulting firm based out of the Netherlands. My mission is to help SME’s grow and strengthen their Human Resources practice by auditing their existing operations and offering new efficient processes and best practices. In my vision it’s about building strong and adaptable processes that strive to improve the most important asset of a business - its people. I'm looking for a talented Wordpress Backend Webdeveloper aka Wizzzkid with coding skills. Is this you? Your most important task? Assist the Frontend Webdesigner and make it work! And also.. - experience with working with WPBakery, Visual Composer and Elementor to configure some templates - clean coding and programming like PHP, HTML and CSS and more.. - experienced with different plugins like bbPress, BuddyPress, Memberpress, Sensei, LMS etc.. - be very keen to details and leaving no stones unturned - troubleshoot on issues - etc, etc, etc.. Well, you know the drill... And if you have more to bring to the table, please let me know. Be warned! I have a lot of mouth but i don't have anything yet but a vision of where i want to go and a business plan. We're working on developing everything. Systems to work with, processes to follow also etc, etc, etc. So this is absolutely a challenge and if you like challenges and can work without micromanagement (i really hate that by the way) i would like to talk with you! As I am also human (just like you, i think) and I have some very big weaknesses; I'm terrible at organising, structuring, communication and execution. But I'm fun to work with!
