Migrate 28 products' data from prostores site to bigcommerce site Currently our site is in Prostores and we want to migrate our product data of 28 active products, to our newly migrated version of the site as a BigCommerce site: Migrate all product data for the 28 products: I will give you a CSV file with the product data for these 28 products. Migrate related-products associations, and category/subcategory associations of each product. Migrate the images, prices, weights, and all product [login to view URL] the form of text, HTML and CSS. You do not have to setup 301 redirects from the old product URL on [login to view URL], to the new product URL on bigcommerce site The prostores version of the site (old version) is [login to view URL] The BigCommerce version of the site (new version) is [login to view URL] On the prostores version of the site ([login to view URL]) the product description is in two tabs: "Brief Description" and "Specs / Details": On the new BigCommerce version of the site ([login to view URL]) these two tabs are merged into a single product description: So please merge the descriptions from the "Brief Description" and "Specs / Details" tabs on the old version of the site (prostores: [login to view URL]) into the single "Description" tab (field) on the new version of the site (bigcommerce: [login to view URL]). You will not have FTP access to the old site. You can migrate the products' data either by importing a CSV file with the product information (I will provide the file, but you will have to re-format the date to import to BigCommerce site), or by simply copying from the old site and pasting to the new site. If you import the products' data by importing a CSV file: DO NOT IMPORT PRODUCT CATEGORIES / SUBCATEGORIES because the categories and subcategories do not match exactly on the two sites, and so if you were to try to import categories, you would create a mess of the categories (by creating a lot of new categories an subcategories): Therefore it will be necessary for you to assign the categories/subcategories manually in the BigCommerce Control Panel. The Related Products also have to be assigned manually in the BigCommerce Control Panel, because there is no means to import Related Products in BigCommerce.
