NEED BACKGROUND DATA FOR IAN IPPOLITO

Im beginning to built a sourcing platform and will like to get a proposal from the team of freelancer; I will want to adopt the initial interaction and ways of that were adopted in the original release of Planet Source code; the eloquent use of professional and clean code is a must; we need the codes to be running at their optimal conditions with extra validation unnecessary since the testing and implementation should debug any excess code required.
