The aim of this meta-analysis is to assess the prognostic significance of the neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in the stroke. It is taken as model the paper attached in the “model” file (Hong-Bo Yang et al, 2016). In the literature, 15 papers have been found ( “papers” file). The meta-analysis would include: 1. Forest plot of high levels of NLR vs low levels of NLR for overcome survival (OS) 2. Publication bias 3. Mean value of cut-off to predict bad overcome survival In addition the statistical study would be completed with subgroup and sensitivity analysis with the following variables: cutt offs for NLR (three levels, as the model study), pathological type (2 types: acute ischemic stroke / intracerebral hemorrhage) and region Eastern countries and Western countries). The discussion will be on us. We only need the statistical information. We've got 15 articles
