Oracle ERP business analyst

Location: Remote (India) Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of the projects within the defined portfolio; Clearly communication project status on a timely and periodic bases to business stakeholders/sponsors; Process Analysis and Process Reengineering; Requirements Gathering and Specifications Authoring; Business process modelling into ERP; Data Analysis / Management / Troubleshooting; Fit/Gap Analyses, ERP Configuration / Customisation; Functional, regression, compatibility, integration, performance, and usability testing; Change Management and System Rollout; Post Implementation End-User Support; Overall Project Management and Communication; Systems Support In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following: 6+ years of experience in Financial Services as an operational professional, business systems analyst or management consultant Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365 F&O or other ERPs At least 1 full lifecycle implementation of Dynamics AX/ERP system An undergraduate or graduate degree relevant to Financial Services or Information Technology A business analysis professional qualification is preferred but not essential Superior analytical and problem-resolution skills; Superior interpersonal skills; A strong work ethic and sense of ownership; Ability to self-organize and frame/plan their own work; Ability to work with teams comprised of in-house staff / global shared resources, external vendors and clients;
