LinkedIn Learning Type Business Plan

I need a business plan for a Udemy/LinkedIn type of platform. The Business: 1) B2C content subscription platform similar to LinkedIn Learning with a job board, 3) B2B Learning Management System with implementation services, content subscription packages and content creation services. We are also assisting higher education organizations like universities to take their courses and content digital and create a marketplace for all customers to sell content. Why are we different? We are centered in the Bahamas and targeting the Carribean and eventually Latin American market. Our goal is to provide affordable technical training and certification preparation to spark a technology revolution in these countries through skilled technology labor and help lift them out of poverty. Skills Needed We strongly prefer someone with technical and SDLC experience to assist with technical expertise and best practices when creating multiple websites, API connected platforms and e-commerce sites.
