Dear all, I need someone to help me build a business plan for a newly made website for the Arabian Gulf region multi seller marketplace. A business model should be made, a marketing plan should be made, and a financial plan should be made. Business Idea: - the business idea is to create a multi-seller e-commerce website, similar to eBay. Where sellers can rent their online shops and post their products. Each seller will have their own store that his customers can visit and in the same time all the website products will be posted on the website main catalog pages where everyone can see them and browse them. - The business model that is going to be used is called “B2C marketplace business model” where the used will be buying directly from the seller and we will only provide our system as a service between them. - The Platform (i’m going to supply more information about it as needed) - The business revenue, is going to be made from the sellers transactions fees and from their monthly online store subscriptions. - Our online e-commerce will be up to the latest standards.
