PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS/TERMS: - A NEW Business Venture starting up in the Caribbean requires a professional Financial Business Expert with Food & Beverage background to deliver on the following: - a. Complete Business Plan to include but not limited to the following:- a. Information usually associated and included in a business plan b. Project to start with 1 location but to have 3 to 5 locations within first 24 to 30 months. All tasks and documents to consider this information and phase in these costs and sales. c. Start-up costs d. Full detailed Financials analysis including, but not limited to, profit/loss and breakeven points, daily turnover needed, etc. financials to consider repayment of a loan being taken out for the venture. e. To analyze sales by comparing each type of sector e.g. deserts versus coffees over foods, etc. i. By sales ii. By average sale based on low price break ($) f. Also analyze breakfast menu over lunch menu & dinner menu i. By sales ii. By average sale based on low price break ($) g. Equipment required to outfit outlets with specs. h.
