We are a small family company who needs investors to partner in funding a series of lands we own in Ghana, Liberia & Sierra Leone West Africa for residential, commercial and light industrial park developments. We run an architecture and construction company and desire to expand into building the unique designs we provide to clients. A precise and financial sound business plan is what i am looking for.
We want a concise business plan that will ultimately help perform a number of tasks at once. It is imperative that the design of such should have an appropriate strategy for success and shows fruitful everyday business operations.
