Position Summary :
Responsible for developing distributors / wholesalers and property developers / project contractors and builders by anything that works. Close orders with customers and achieve sales targets.
Regularly visit both familiar and unfamiliar customers, Develop and maintain customers relationship. Collect market and product information and feedback to Chinese supporting colleagues and sales leaders in time.
Understand and analyze customer’s needs for smart door locks, recommand and promote our corresponding product . feedback customer needs to Chinese supporting colleagues and sales leader in time.
Deliver customers marketing needs to Chinese sales leader and advise on marketing support. Participate and coordinate with customers and the company’s marketing dep on marketing activities, such as exhibitions, store promotion, product launches etc.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Residential smart door lock or residential door lock industry is preferred
• Rich customer resource of the distributors and wholesalers of smart door lock of Yale, August, Nest, ACE, Schlage, Kwikset, Brinks etc in North American market. Or rich customer resource of residential property developers , residential project contractor , residential engineering project purchaser. Or rich customer resource of distributors / wholesalers of building security product (like cctv/fire protection)
• Excellent and verifiable sales performance.
• Strong desire to succeed and aggressive sales style, ability to work independently.
