68790 Software Tool

I am not sure what language you will do in, but want a GUI Tool, to do 2 things, 1 import a CSS sheet, and prepopulate a site style, and this must be editable also in the GUI, ie CSS will bring in text settings, but additional settings need to be included to allow export to NetObjects Fusion Site Style format. Its pretty simple to do, should be 2-3 days work. Communication with me is vital on this, if you don't communicate well on projects don't bid, I don't want time wasters. Site Style attached. This is what the software must be able to create.
