Arduino C++ - Remove Serial Monitor Requirements from Program

I have an Arduino Uno with SIM5320A 3G GNS Shield. I uploaded the attached program that accepts a sms text and returns a phone call to the sms sender. It works great as long as I have the Arduino serial monitor up but I want to cut the cord and have it run even when the USB cable is not attached.
