We are a team of engineers having expertise on embedded domain. We have worked on several embedded linux/android SBC like AM335x-sk, Wandboard, Dragon Board, Pi2&Pi3, Beagle Bone Black, C.H.I.P, Orange-Pi-Zero etc as well as Microcontroller Development Boards like Arduino, PIC and STM32 we have worked with various build system including make, busybox, buildroot, yocto, openwrt, android etc. BLE, IOT and Wireless Technologies: 6LBR, contiki, openthread on CC26XX platform, TI-BLE stack(v2.20) TI-sensortag CC2650 (with debug_dev_pack and lcd_dev pack),TI-Launchpad, Keyfob(CC2541) and CC2540, CC-Debugger, NodeMCU(ESP8266) We have worked with freeRTOS on few platform like RPI and ESP8266,STM32. we have interfaced RFID with ESP8266 on SPI(FreeRTOS) and pushed data to local server. We have worked with following Modem and GPS senosrs, * GSM, GPRS and GPS Modem(Combo:SIM908 (Debug Port, GSM/GPS AT command port), Teltonika FM1120) (GPS: Adafruit Ultimate GPS ) we have developed GPS tracking system using SIM908MODEM and push the data to webserver along with device id, timestamp. As a part of this project, we have to create a HTTP connection with remote server and push the GPS co-ordinate for every second. So Activate GPRS connection using APN and create HTTP connection with Static IP. we have designed web application using PHP, to show login screen and show the data corresponding to the user id. Let me give a brief outlook on all the mentioned tasks: For the first task.. It's straight-forward enough to parse json and post https, but the looping until more data arrives part is very inefficient and also power hungry. You should setup a semaphore for this purpose in the code that delivers the json data. RTOS supports semaphores and it's very simple too. This would not unnecessarily schedule your process for empty looping when there is no data to receive. The second task is generic enough for all physical layer devices. I can write the driver for the third task. I have modified lwip to suit my needs many times so I'm familiar with that (made an ARP poisoner: https://www.freelancer.com/projects/cplusplus-programming/esp-arp-spoofing/) and I have done all sorts of stuff like OTA and everything network related.
