Connecting Arduino TFT Shield to OrangePi

Looking for explanation & maybe building custom libraries to be able to work with Arduino TFT Shield (2.8") with Orange Pi zero (26 pin one). The requirement is that following pins to be already taken: pin 2 (5v), pin 3 (SDA.0 - for dout output), pin 5 (SCL.0 - sclk input & output) and pin 6 (ground). Touchscreen is also to be supported. Can't find currently any suitable & quick setup libraries online, but if exist totally happy to pay for reference, but would require evidence that this is working though (e.g. screenshots or even video).
