Metin2-Private-Server

Want to start a Metin2-Private-Server. i sadly dont have much knowledge on putting it all-together but i have a money making plan, i need someone capable of making the server and showing how they did so, while making special spawn timings and my own specific customization to the game, i want the general outline of the original metin2 server but with slight changes basically. if you can handle this easily please email send me your emails down below and before proceeding id just to know of your knowledge to this topic.
