A game client uses encrypted files, only the client knows how to read it.
I need someone with knowledge on reverse engineering to debug the client check how the client is decoding/reading the files and create a program to replicate it.
The program can be coded in any language as long as the product is in windows binary.
One set of the files has the extension `.bin` this file is encypted, and the client reads it by XOR'ing it to 0x14.
There are more sets that I don't know how to decode yet, that's the job.
Points:
Understand how the client reads the files/data.
Create a program that can do it, so I can edit these data.
Game client,

[login to view URL] uses the parameter Khan_Run.
You can use OllyDbg or any debugger you prefer to reverse engineer the client.
Files to be decrypted,

Legal Issues,
First thing I would like to point out is that we host the game itself and this is an effort to further develop the game. Then the question would be why don't I just ask the developer itself to do this. We'll the develop ceased to exist back 2009. You can have a background check on the korean company, here is a few docs too [login to view URL]
We checked your posting in detail and based on that we are ready to do work as per your budget and timing and we are ready to discuss the things with you
