Enhance Windows .net Web Scraper Program to Save to Database

I have a windows application that is written in c# that needs to be enhanced for the following functionality: 1 - Currently results are showing on the windows form, I need these results to be saved in the database (mysql preferably) , and also need a screen that will display results based on stored proc. 2- Currently one of the sites that is being scraped for text has pdf attachments also, I need the pdfs downloaded to the local machine if the logic dictates it. 3- Once the pdfs are downloaded, need to use PDFSam (free software) command line to split these pdfs for the pages needed and then merge them into one document. Need someone with strong asp.net skills, specifically in scraping websites. Also should be familiar with mysql and databases. Screenshots of current results displayed in the grid.
