Facebook scraping with C# Visual Studion maybe Selenium

Phase 1: Code must be written in C# on Visual Studio 2017 or 2019 as a classic windows application, need to be able to pass a Facebook url, and simply download the whole url page and write it to a file on my computer. Currently my procedure requires me to keep pressing the down key to get the whole file from Facebook and then save it. I’m flexible either using the web object embed in C# for windows or having C# call out to a browser using something like Selenium [login to view URL] Needs to keep interacting with facebook to pull the who page of friends, not get stuck. Phase 2: Depending on how well phase 1 works phase two may be to scrape the downloaded page my getting the friends pic, their name, and url link back to this persons facebook page. Phase 3: From the link of these friends we may go to their friend’s about page and get the personal information, which may or may not be there.
