Help me finish up a website! It's almost done...

I have a c# .net web app that I have been working on, and it is nearly complete. It is currently hosted in an Azure app service, has a MS SQL server back-end. Source code is in Git source control in Azure DevOps, and I have a working CI/CD pipeline in place. The app is super simple. A skilled developer could build this from scratch in a few hours, but that is not the expectation as I have most everything in place how I want it. Here is the current state of the application. [login to view URL] Requirements: 1. Logo (provided) in top left as navbar-brand coupled with Home tab. 2. Input validation/error reporting on all controls across the site 3. Bootstrap for all controls (mostly. done). 4. Nav-bar – don’t like the black box hover effect. Make the white text red on hover with no box effect. 5. Traffic lights across site must be responsive and preserve the image map. 6. Make Traffic lights slightly smaller and preserve the image map. 7. Voting logic (frequency, transparency, style) -, we will meed to discuss. 8. Veracode mitigations (I will help with this and tell you what to do, if necessary). 9. Enhanced Identity authentication • Add email confirmation using Sendgrid (which I will provide) as a requirement to registration. • Forgot password feature using Sendgrid (which I will provide). • Collect first and last name during registration. • On login, change "Hello, [email]!" to "Hello, [first name]!" in the upper right corner. • If not logged in, redirect to Login page prior to showing Teams page. • On Manage Account page, make Change Password link visible. 10. Home • Bootstrap controls throughout. • Populate Projects drop-down if logged in and a team member. • Traffic light voting. • Must be logged in to vote. • Show ethigreen status if.. • Show individual votes if… 11. Split Manage page into Projects page and Teams page. 12. Project page • Bootstrap controls throughout. • Don’t like the bold text on the radio buttons, but this should be resolved when changed to bootstrap radio button groups. • Add Organization below Project Name in project creation. • Allow for editing settings of existing projects via an existing projects drop-down on Projects page. • Add postback message when creating project. 13. Teams page • Bootstrap controls throughout. • Add an existing projects drop-down to Teams page. • Make a single Bootstrap email textbox followed by Add Team Member and Remove Team Member radio buttons with an Update button. • Add an Admin textbox when adding users to a team which will allow these team members to have the same rights as the Creator (managing team members and seeing votes). • Add postback message when adding and removing team members. • Message about team member requiring to be ethigreen user. • Bulk upload adding or removing team members for licensed projects/organizations. 14. Dashboard page • Bootstrap controls throughout. • Shows Project Name and ethigreen status if licensed. 15. Contact form page • Not on nav-bar. • Only available from link on About page that mentions “contact ethigreen for licensing arrangements.”. 16. Mobile • Larger <p> text font. • Fit within screen. • Menu is not visible.
