Hello, Greetings!! My self NH Kariya and I am expert in C# Programming. I am gone through specified Digital marketing API and checked details for deleting subscription list, create new mailing list and sending functionality. I got it and also if you want then I can create application which you can schedule using task scheduler or if you want to create window service which will always run in background and it will be executed at specified time interval. and this time interval I will make configurable so if case if you have to change anything, you can directly change without any code change required. I have worked with mailchimp API to send bulk email and in that I was doing same operation. Also you mentioned, we will call store procedure, does it already developed or we have to create it and also there was import csv for digital marketing API, I think we can export result to csv from store procedure result and pass that API instead of directly pass json or xml to API. So that way we will have back up for each time we had sent mail for news latter. As API has max size limit for 100MB, is there any possibility, csv file can exceed this limit? Also in news latter content, you will define or it will be fixed? I think I will do this job easily for you and can deliver quality work..
