I am building a Web base POS system with webforms [login to view URL] and MySQL .
I want one page that have a text with company logo image and a signature at the bottom of the page for the client to sign exactly like the photo i attached .
So after he sign the and click confirm, the page is saved in /clients/agreements/hisname (From query string [Uname=Ahmad] ) /[login to view URL]
and it have to be saved in database mysql in table name ( sign ) columns ( 1 - sign-url-file (NVARCHAR(500)) 2- Uname (NVARCHAR(500)) 3- Date-of-sign (datetime) )
