Serve frozen tendorflow .pb in microsoft ML.net

I want to use microsoft [login to view URL] to load a pre-trained tensorflow model (with custom layers) which is saved as tensorflow protobuf (.pb) format. The model is a simple enough logistic regresion whose schema loads into the MLcontext without any errors. I am struggling to properly define the pipeline and to get a CreatePredictionEngine engine to work and return values. Data input (for a simplified version of the tensorflow model) is a 6*8 array and output is a 6*1 array. I would like to use c# core for the project. Sample files/tutorials appear to be no more than 50 or 60 lines of code - i'd expect this to be similar. Will pay if you mange to get anything but a null back from the CreatePredictionEngine! I will provide the .pb and associate variable files on request
