I need someone with Avaya IP office experience to help me set up automated IVR menu options and call routing. You must have good written/verbal English.
I am already supporting a 180 seat,two location Call Center with my colleagues as my daytime job. We are using Avaya Aura as Call management system. There are differences with Avaya IP office but mainly similar systems. If you can provide call flow documentation and remote access to your system we can successfully complete this task. Of course this task would require one or two call sessions to share ideas and design.
