We are an Australian based Managed IT Client. Looking primarily for a Philippines based technical support agent. We Need assistance with multiple IT Support related projects. Ability to use Connectwise or strong experiances with other PSA and make notes for jobs.
Must have experience with General support. Office 365, Data manipulation & Formulas in Excel., Word, Powerpoint.
Needs to have experiance with Microsoft Server 2012-2019 (DHCP, RDS DNS) Domains & Hosting. Some Vmware ESXI Experience / Apple IOS MDM Management (JAMF or Meraki). Azure Hosting / support.
Troubleshoot printers and resolve other technical issues with clients.
Needs to have good written and oral language skills. Be able to organise not only his jobs but a team of jobs.
Answer phone calls for leads to take a message and technical support for customers.
