Purchase Order Management System

Hi, we are a small IT company that requires a very basic tool to manage our purchase orders. Here is a basic overview of the project. Generates a sequential PO# Ability to create\edit\delete a PO# Allows you to assign multiple companies to a PO# (through dropdown and search) Allows you to assign multiple vendors to PO# (through dropdown and search) PO# Date (using current date and date picker) Customer and Vendor address book (with ability to created, edit, and delete info) Login in to web app with username and password , each user to have own login account Newly created PO# automatically assigns logged in user as owner of PO# (also have ability to select a different owner) Basic admin interface to allow creation\deletion\edit of users, password change Ability to view open PO's Ability to close a PO on completion and archive outside of view main dashboard (must go to archive PO list to view, can't be deleted or edited after closed) Basic Reporting: 1: List all PO in specific date range and include summary showing PO#, Vendor, Date Generated 2: List all PO in specific date range and include full details showing PO#, Customers,Vendor, Date Generated User Groups:2 levels of users Admin - Can do everthing User - Can create/edit/delete their own PO#, change own password, run reports, lists PO's and archive PO's
