I am very familiar with Operating Systems such as Windows, Mac, Android, iOS and a little bit of Linux. Hello, I can be very good candidate for your process, since 2014 i have handled technical support for US & CA process. I used to provide remote fix for Windows & MAC. I am very much aware that people from 80's & 90's are not much comfortable with new software & its hard for them to follow the instructions available on screen. So we need to be very patient & make them understand the steps to fetch the screen at our end. There was some calls where it took 2 hours to take them remote, but i never got frustrated.
